Just like a business cycle, my self-iman, self-feelings etc fluctuates too. And when it's at its recession, I tend to lose myself. In a way that I can't execute my beliefs in a proper way and tend to get carried away and eventually self destruct myself.
Isn't it obvious?
That I can't control my heart.
Control the heart and you can control everything.
